A fixed rentcharge is a legal process. It is a nominal fee and is set at £1.00 (one pound)

Houses and Apartments

An Estate Charge is your contribution towards the cost of maintaining and managing Springhead Park. The purpose of the Estate Charge is to meet 100% the costs of all maintenance and services. The extent of services covered by the Estate Charge and the means of apportioning and collecting the contributions, is set out in the Estate Handbook which forms part of the suite of conveyance documents that you will have agreed on purchase.
