How do you pay Eservices?

You will have paid ground rent, Rent Charge and Estate Charge when you completed your purchase.

You are unlikely to receive a request for additional charges until just before the next accounting year (which starts on 1^st April).

All Fixed Rentcharges / Estate Charges (variable Rentcharges) and car parking rents are due in full at the beginning of the financial year (1^st April).

You may choose to pay by twelve monthly direct debit payments. In this case a small additional charge is made to cover administration and loss of interest. This facility will normally become available from the beginning of the first full financial year after moving in. Eservices financial year runs from 1 April to 31 March.

Flats only

Ground Rent

At Springhead Park, the Ground Rent is paid to and retained by your Block Owner. You will be notified upon completion of all your Block details including the responsible managing agents.

Service Charge

The Service Charge helps pay for the maintenance of the flat block's structure, common parts, grounds, and services. The arrangements for these services will be set out in your flat lease.

The service charge will also contain an element of Estate Charge (see above) based on total number of the flats in the block. The Block Owner pays this Estate Charge directly to EVECo. Leased Car Parking Space If you have chosen to lease a parking space from Eservices you will be invoiced separately for this charge.
